Pierre Andrada

Pierre Andrada joins ETC with over 15 years experience in the architectural industry and brings a critical eye, strong technical skill set and seasoned project manager experience to healthcare design projects. His architectural career has traditionally been with top ranked architectural firms. Pierre is excited to be a part of the ETC design division providing collaborative healthcare design services to clients. He applies his extensive knowledge and understanding of technical issues related to medical projects to resolve design conflicts. Pierre brings a vast knowledge base of healthcare architecture & design from client planning/programming, documentation, code interpretation, permitting on through construction administration and finally post construction. His ability to pay attention to clients needs results in a functional solution both in new and remodel medical projects. Pierre brings his unique managing style and positive thinking to help navigate and push through difficult multi-layered design issues with consulting engineers and project team members. He understands realistic budgets and schedule projections to help steer projects to successful completion while maintaining design intent. Prior to joining ETC, Pierre worked as a project manager/senior construction administrator with Stantec Architecture (formerly Anshen+Allen Architects) on large scale healthcare projects with budgets over +$300 million. Pierre brings his extensive experience in "what is required" in successfully working and negotiating with OSHPD through the review process and local agencies to gain project approvals.
