Neil Howry

Neil brings a wealth of experience as ETC's lead superintendent, specifically as they apply to medical facilities and hospitals. Neil is skilled in coordinating subcontractors and supervising crafts within construction work areas and disciplines, as well as acting as liaison between field engineers and contractors to ensure that construction complies with drawings and specifications. With nearly two decades of construction industry experience, Neil makes a significant contribution the ETC team in the service of customers.

Neil’s most recent experience as lead superintendent includes a $315 million project at John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, CA and a five-story, 122,235 SF bed tower expansion at Clovis Community Hospital in Clovis, CA.
